ShopLink - Data Deletion Request Instructions

What Data We Collect
When you connect your Facebook account to our platform, we collect and store the following information:Your Facebook User ID
Account access token for posting on your behalf
Basic profile information (name, email)
How to Request Data Deletion
You have two options to delete your data from our platform:Option 1: Contact Us Directly
Send an email to: [email protected] with:Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Your name
The email address associated with your account
We will process your request and delete all associated data within 30 days.Option 2: Remove the App from Facebook
Log into your Facebook account
Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings
Click Apps and Websites in the left menu
Find ShopLink in the list of active apps
Click Remove next to the app
Check the box for "Delete all posts, photos, and videos on Facebook that ShopLink may have published on your behalf" (if applicable)
Click Remove to confirm
Once removed, we will automatically delete all data associated with your Facebook account from our systems.What Happens After Deletion
Once your data deletion request is processed:Your Facebook access token will be revoked
Your profile information will be permanently removed from our database
Any scheduled posts that have not yet been published will be cancelled
